This course is designed to help you create a road map – along with your own Wellness Toolkit – to steer you towards knowing and remembering what brings you joy and a holistic sense of better wellbeing. Because these tools stem from getting to know yourself, you can consider this toolkit as your own individual power source or oxygen to draw upon whenever you need guidance and direction.
To build a map of your preferred life – what matters and where you want life to take you – we invite you to dream big and get in touch with an expansive vision of how this life might look, and with the best possible version of you living it. This vision should be generated from light and love and possibility; rather than focusing on what you don’t want or what you don’t yet have.
The foundation of your life’s journey is formed by the 7 Elements of Wellbeing: Vocation. Lifestyle. Community. Family. Love. Wellness. Abundance. During the course, we will visit each of these elements in turn to learn more deeply about ourselves, and identify what needs to go in our Wellness Toolkit to sustain us to achieve greater happiness and more harmonious living. These short, self-guided courses are designed to help you recognise what is most important to you at this present moment. Offering you the tools needed to create a plan, and visualise your goals to reality. Taken at your desired pace, each course includes a meditation or sound bowl healing, questions, soundscapes, and visualisation techniques to help you manifest your desires.
